From the very first meeting with Geoff I felt Premium was the right choice. As I am not familiar with the finer details Geoff explained it in “lay man terms” which I appreciated. The quote was thorough and was sent quickly. Once we confirmed the quote and paid the deposit the admin side was proficient in scheduling in the work. Despite the incredible heat the installation went smoothly and without complaint. There was a minor alteration we had to make and this was accepted without complaint also. The work was very neat and there was no mess left over. All in all I’d highly recommend Premium Solar and most definitely use them again. Less

I have been very impressed with Premium Solar, from the start Kieran in sales was very helpful and communicative. Once it was passed to the installation team, Yolanda and Mack in the office were very communicative too, updating us on installation dates and helping with any questions. Ian and the other installer were very professional. Ian was able to rectify issues we had with our powerboard to ensure our house was left safer after the installation. I had a small hiccup with getting the app up and running but both Yolanda and Mack ensured that this was corrected. Less
